The house comes fully equipped to cater for up to 10 people and offers a comfortable base to explore this fantastic medieval region.

Whether you want to sit and while away the days in the garden or raised terrace, to more energetic walks and adventures.

The property is spacious and airy and the upper floors offer outstanding

views of the hills and mountains beyond.

We have equipped the house to include DVD’s, video’s, books and games to keep even the most excitable children and teenagers amused. The garden has a basketball net and ample room for fun and games.

Our aim was to create the ideal property that people of all ages can feel comfortable in. We have tried to use our own experiences of travelling abroad with 4 children to create this home from home feel

France - Midi-Pyrenees - Ariege - Belesta area

The tranquil and picturesque village of Belesta has 2 bars/restaurants, hairdressers, bakery, newsagents, post office, bank, butchers, chemist and grocery stores.

Just 2 minutes in either direction brings you to the L’Hers river, with its abundance of trout, upon which the village was founded.

The nearby Grottos of Lombrives and Bedeilhac are well worth a visit.

The nearby villages and towns all have their weekly markets and the old walled town of Carcassonne is only an hours drive away.
